    You may return products purchased from our website within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

    • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
    • Proof of purchase is required (receipt, order confirmation email).

  3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    • Gift cards
    • Items marked as final sale

  4. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

    To initiate a return:

    • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
    • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item). For exchanges, we will cover the return shipping.

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

  6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
